Hi! We're Radek & Charlie Kalaš, aka Mr & Mrs Ice Bath, and we have been working as qualified Wim Hof Instructors since the start of 2022. We run monthly Wim Hof Workshops at our studio in Sheffield, as well as regular Breathing Classes and Wim Hof Weekend Retreats in the Peak District and in the Czech Republic.
We'd love for you to join us to learn all about the Wim Hof Method. Whether you are a complete beginner or you already practise the method regularly, there's always something new to learn.

All our sessions are fully guided & led by 2 or more Wim Hof Instructors. We are here to teach you the Wim Hof Method, Cold Exposure and Ice Bathing in the safest way possible. We are fully insured to lead classes, workshops and events in both the UK and Europe.
