3 NIGHT LUXURY WIM HOF, FITNESS & CONTRAST THERAPY RETREAT

Step away from the noise of daily life and join us for three nights of recovery, connection and renewal in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Created for previous retreat and workshop participants and those that already have experience of the Wim Hof Method, this is an opportunity to go beyond the fundamentals and immerse yourself in the practices that help us feel and perform at our best. Rather than introducing the basics, we'll spend three days deepening our practice through contrast therapy, breathwork, movement, recovery, nature connection and longevity-focused health strategies.

With daily sauna and cold plunge sessions, Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage breathwork, guided hikes, barefooting, strength and mobility training, and plenty of time to relax and recharge, this retreat is designed to leave you feeling stronger, calmer and deeply restored. Surrounded by nature and a community of like-minded people, you'll return home with renewed energy, practical tools to support your health, and a deeper understanding of how to build resilience for the long term.
Your Retreat Venue

Our home for the retreat is the beautiful Beresford Lodge, a spacious woodland retreat nestled within 30 acres of protected woodland in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Situated on the peaceful Ramshorn Estate, on the edge of the Peak District National Park, the lodge provides the perfect setting to step away from the demands of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature.

Built to a high standard and completed in 2024, Beresford combines modern comfort with peaceful natural surroundings. The property features a large open-plan living and dining area, a dedicated teaching, breathwork and movement space, two outdoor hot tubs, a private sauna and extensive outdoor areas surrounded by woodland.

Whether you're taking part in a breathwork session, enjoying the benefits of sauna and cold-water immersion, exploring the surrounding countryside, or simply relaxing amongst the trees, Beresford offers an ideal environment for recovery and renewal. With nature on the doorstep and exclusive use of the property throughout the retreat, you'll have the space to slow down, switch off and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Testimonials from other retreats:

Sarah from Sheffield:

“It is probably the best investment you can make for yourself. What you get from the weekend cannot be measured and I couldn’t have imagined the impact on my whole life, I’m excited to see how my life will evolve with all this knowledge and the techniques I learnt. Thank you Mr and Mrs Ice Bath!"
Katie from Malvern:

“This is so much more than techniques for breathing and cold exposure. It is mindset training; strengthening your brain and you will come away feeling energised with strategies to achieve all round wellbeing and performance. I would also say the coaching is very unique. I’ve done tonnes of corporate coaching sessions with all sorts of companies but non of them had the depth or sincerity of the instructors Charlie and Radek”.
James from York:

“I took SO MUCH from the mentality part of the weekend, far more than I thought I ever would! I came to the weekend knowing I couldn't walk 1km through a village from a river in barefoot, and I knew I couldn't hold a plank for 5 minutes. Turns out I was wrong!

“I have (for the first time since I had kids, 7yrs!) actually taken stock of my life, asked myself difficult questions and given truly honest answers. You've helped me recognise I wasn't being kind to myself either, working hard but not enjoying the fruits of the labour, so I didn't think twice spending the rainy day money on a wooden cold plunge barrel complete with chiller and filter, for 2 degree water all the time! It comes in 4 weeks! I've been telling everyone that asks how the weekend has changed me, and it sounds daft saying it out loud because no one would have expected me to say it, but it has, so thank you!"

Ellis from Sheffield

"The key takeaway from the weekend was that I learned I can authentically be myself without judgment from others. I was made to feel safe the whole weekend with a fantastic group of people and the most wonderful instructors.
Go and do it with open arms! The amount of soul enlightenment you will come away with is like nothing else. You will be smiling from ear to ear."

Gav from Sheffield

“It will change your worldview immeasurably - embrace the positivity and learn how to utilise your natural power anew. You won't regret it. Was well beyond my expectations”.

Joe from Essex:

“I was already aware of the WHM and its benefits. It was extremely helpful to see an instructor duo that had the marriage dynamic as an extra USP, offering a unique guided experience. Loved the mix of WHM along with general breathing techniques and life/motivational advice for better well being.

“The questionnaire about our own life situation and the thought going into the cacao ceremony (letting go & aspirations) dove tailed amazingly well into the core WHM principles. Will definitely be incorporating this in my own classes when I have qualified”.

Phil from Sheffield

“Thank you for such an excellent weekend, I really enjoyed myself and learnt such a lot. I didn't know what to expect from the weekend and, to be honest, I was a bit sceptical, so I was delighted with the course and so pleased to meet so many like-minded people.

“I found the breathing techniques really worked for me and it is something I will practice in the future.

“The whole course from start to finish was well beyond my expectations”.
