Whether you are taking your practice to the next level, or you are new to the Wim Hof Method (Breathing Techniques, Mindset & Cold Exposure), allow Radek and Charlie Kalaš, aka Mr & Mrs Ice Bath to guide you through a long weekend of self-discovery & adventure, whilst pushing yourself beyond your limits both mentally and physically. 

Join us for a long weekend from a Friday to Monday, for guided Breathwork, Cold Plunges, Ice Baths, Hiking, Yoga, BalanceBarefooting, Meditation, Tai Chi, Mindset Training and the ultimate, adrenaline-filled, 'freeze the fear' activity... of a 70ft Free - Hanging Abseil

A lot of wellness retreats focus on either adventure or relaxation. We like to combine both, giving you the opportunities to try new activities and to learn to "find comfort in the discomfort" as Wim Hof would say! 

This retreat is perfect for couples, friends or individuals. 

You will stay for 3 nights at the luxury 'Cattle Shed' with all meals (prepared by our own in-house chef) and refreshments included. Set in the village of Grindleford, in the beautiful Dark Peak, The Cattle Shed is a stylish and contemporary barn conversion which offers stunning views across its picturesque surroundings.

What's included in your stay?

✔️ 3 night's accommodation at the luxury Cattle Shed in Grindleford.

What's not included?

Travel to and from the venue (although pick-up can be arranged from the local train station in Grindleford).
