✅ 4 night's accommodation at the 4 star Hotel Resort Relax from Monday 19th - Friday 23rd January 2026.

✅ Return transfers from Prague Airport. (The transfer will leave Prague at 14:00 on the Monday. The return drop off will be 18:00 on the Friday. 

✅ All meals from dinner on Monday to lunch on Friday. 

✅ Daily instruction for WHM workshops, breathing sessions, cold exposure and ice plunges.

Instruction for Oxygen Advantage breathwork sessions.

✅ Daily (optional) fitness coaching sessions. 

✅ All instruction in English led by fully qualified & insured instructors (WHM / Oxygen Advantage / Fitness Coaching).

✅ Guided hike up the Kramolín mountain (976m) and a traditional Czech meal at the top! 

✅ Daily Lakeside Sauna hire (as a group).

NEW DATES FOR 2026 - Join us from Monday 19th - Friday 23rd January 2026 for guided Wim Hof Breathwork, Ice Cold Lake Plunges, Lake Side Sauna, Winter Hiking, Meditation, Functional Breathing & Mindset Training, Fitness Sessions and Wellness Activities. Dive deep into the science behind the Wim Hof Method in our practical Workshops and learn more about functional breathwork techniques to improve your sports performance and wellbeing with our Oxygen Advantage training. 

All of our activities are optional so you can tailor the week to your own needs - be this adventure, relaxation or, as we would recommend, both.

We aim to combine both relaxation and adventure on our Wim Hof Retreats, giving you the opportunities to try new activities and to learn to "find comfort in the discomfort" as Wim Hof would say! By the end of the week, we expect you to feel empowered with greater confidence in your abilities, a stronger belief in what you can achieve, and a clear sense of direction for your journey ahead. This retreat is perfect for couples, friends or individuals. Whether you are a beginner ‘Hoffer’ or more experienced with your practice, this retreat suits all levels. 

ACCOMMODATION

You will stay for 4 nights at the 4-Star Hotel Resort Relax, with all meals, wellness activities and refreshments included. Set in the tiny hamlet of Dolní Vltavice, our private annex in the hotel offers unique views of the lake with cold-plunge access being less than 100m away from our door!

COLD AND HEAT THERAPY

Included in the price of your stay and in addition to your guided cold exposure activities, you will have daily access to the hotel’s Wellness & Spa Area: the indoor swimming pool, the outdoor hydromassage whirlpool and ‘Sauna World’ which consists of a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and an aroma steam room. And of course, to cool off there’s the cooling bucket, the outdoor cold plunge pool or you could even jump back in the lake!

Prices are based on 2 people sharing a twin or double ensuite bedroom including return transfers from Prague Airport 

Single rooms available at a supplement of £40 per night.
